3, Site final clean-up = $35.00 (up to 1.5 hours of finish cleaning, additional time = deposit forfeit)

* The Host's Helper ($60.00 value)= $49.00 + Rental Fee. Includes Options 2, 3
*The $35.00 refundable security deposit will not be returned if the shelter is not left clean, or you cancel your reservation within 10 days of the event date.

Rain Dates can be scheduled with a Security Deposit, and 60% of the regular Rental cost.
If you don't use the rain date, and no other Rentals were turned away,
you will not need to pay the 60%, only the Security Deposit.
If you don't use it and we did lose another Rental, the Security Deposit will be returned,
but not the 60% Rental cost.
If you do use the Rain Date, you will pay the full cost of the original event date, and the 60% Rental cost.
